1994. Luc Paulus has been working at his father’s contracting company for three years. He’s brimming with enthusiasm and ready to start his own firm. So, he sets up a company in Diest. He calls it Nadiluxe.
Fast-forward twenty years and the company is flourishing. With a tight-knit team and an increasing number of self-coordinated projects, the future is bright for Nadiluxe.

Milestones for Nadiluxe include the renovation of the Inno department store on Antwerp’s main shopping street, Meir; a helipad for the University Hospital in Leuven; the roof extension of the Philips building in Anderlecht; student accommodation in Leuven and apartments designed by the most prestigious project developers in the industry ...
Not to mention the purchase of the Romerveld estate in 2009. Nadiluxe went on to renovate the property over the course of five years, with fantastic results. Luc Paulus and his family have since taken up residence there.
