Following the successful renovation of Paviljoen St Benedictus, work has recently started on the next pavilion: ‘Salve Mater’. It is located in ‘Groot Park’, a 25ha green oasis in Lovenjoel, and only 5km from Leuven, which is being developed into a mixed project where living, working and leisure time all take centre stage. Together with project developer Virix, Nadiluxe is building 36 park apartments of various sizes and types that comply with current energy consumption and acoustics standards. An underground parking garage is being constructed under the roof garden, in the central area of the pavilion.
